Mind Boggling & Illogical=MOHE finds "Senat USIM bertindak wajar"??????

Merujuk kepada surat rujukan JPT (A) 1000/011/011/04 (5), pada perenggan dua berikut: “2. Sebagaimana Puan sedia maklum, Jabatan ini telah menerima aduan Puan mengenai isu Puan dituduh tidak efisyen kerana enggan bekerjasama dalam menilai semula markah pelajar yang mengikuti kelas Puan pada 15 Jun 2008. Jabatan ini melalui suratnya kepada Naib Canselor Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) rujukan JPT (A) 1000/011/011/04 (1) bertarikh 27 Jun 2008 telahpun melakukan siasatan ke atas isu seperti di atas dan mendapati bahawa Senat USIM telah bertindak wajar atas kapasitinya selaku authority tertinggi dalam hal ehwal akademik dan mempunyai hak untuk memohon markah pelajar dinilai semula.”

Saya ingin membetulkan kekhilafan fakta dalam perenggan di atas. Saya tidak membuat aduan pada 15 Jun 2008 tetapi membuat aduan pada 10 Jun 2008. Berkenaan dengan dapatan di atas yang Jabatan terima iaitu “Senat USIM telah bertindak wajar atas kapasitinya selaku authority tertinggi dalam hal ehwal akademik dan mempunyai hak untuk memohon markah pelajar dinilai semula”, sila jelaskan perkara-perkara di bawah selewat-lewatnya pada 16 Mac 2009 kepada:

Perkara-perkara yang Jabatan perlu jelaskan:
1. Memberi tarikh sebenar dapatan tersebut didapati oleh Jabatan (kindly explain the exact date the department decided and concluded that, the USIM Senate had “bertindak wajar” and had the right to request that the marking be re-evaluated).
2. On what basis does the department conclude that the Senate had “bertindak wajar”?
3. Who vests to the senate the right to request that the marking be re-evaluated?
3. What are the rights of the Senate?
4. Provide the justification(s) for the Senate to order the re-evaluation of my marking.
5. What is the power conferred to the Senate to order the re-evaluation of the marks? Cite the legal authority/clause empowering the Senate to order the re-evaluation of my marking?
6. Who confers the power to the Senate as the highest authority in academic matters to order the re-evaluation of my marking?
7. Explain The National Higher Education Strategic Plan.
8. Does the power exercised by the Senate of USIM violate the abovementioned National Higher Education Strategic Plan? If it does not violate such Plan, provide the justifications.
