Merujuk kepada surat Tuan dengan rujukan JPT (A) 1000/011/011/04 ( 7 ) bertarikh 6 Mac 2009 yang diterima pada 8 Mac 2009 dimana perenggan 2 dan 3 are being produced below.
2. Jabatan ini mengambil maklum akan isi kandungan emel puan tersebut mengenai tuduhan lisan yang didakwa dibuat oleh Timbalan Naib Canselor (Akademik & Antarabangsa) Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) terhadap puan. Walau bagaimanapun, pertikaian yang timbul adalah melibatkan antara puan dan pegawai USIM tersebut. Justeru, adalah tidak wajar sekiranya Jabatan ini dikehendaki menjawab perkara tersebut bagi pihak beliau.
3. Sehubungan itu, adalah lebih elok sekiranya perkara ini dibawa berunding dengan pihak USIM.

The contents of the aforementioned paragraph 3 clearly show that the KPT does not take regard of my emails to the KPT, sent on 03 December 2008 and 05 December 2008 respectively. Thus I infer from KPT’s disregard of the said emails that the KPT can’t be bothered with the victimization I experienced at USIM. The KPT have the gall to order me to revert to the very person who had victimized me, thus leaving me on a lurch, at the mercy of the very person who victimized me himself. This is a very unbecoming action on the part of the KPT. I express my disappointment towards the KPT’s blatant disregard and irresponsibility, executed with impunity with no trace of remorse whatsoever. Such disregard and irresponsibility are not in accord with KPT’s duty as the custodian of higher education.
